Part of Falcom’s long-running The Legend of Heroes series, Trails in the Sky was a hit on its initial release in English for its strong characterisation, compelling story, sprawling world and incredible worldbuilding, and has subsequently been followed by localised versions of its second and third chapters as well as its companion series Trails of Cold Steel.
