Our (re)adventures in Atelier Rorona DX continue! Now we’ve finished the first assignment in this New Game Plus run, what’s next?

Well, there are plenty of options. Complete some quests, go out exploring, craft some items, make some materials and turn them into weapons and armour, fill out a bingo card, buy some beehives…

The nice thing about a New Game Plus run in Atelier Rorona DX is that if you took the time to get well-equipped towards the end of your first game, you can make most of the early-game combat reasonably trivial, allowing you to take on stiffer challenges than you would otherwise be able to, thereby getting a head start on levelling and freeing up more time for you to spend gathering, crafting and completing quests for reputation and friendship points.

I’m taking specific aim for some of the trickier endings this time around — stuff like the Adventurer ending, which is dependent on reaching level 50 and defeating some specific enemies — but we’ll see what else we can unlock along the way with all this extra free time we have…
